Description: Based on a photograph from Porsche Customer Racing, this oil painting depicts the Falken Tires Porsche 911 GT3R racing around the Nürburgring in 2025. I thought the reference photo did an excellent job capturing the motion of the car as it made its way around a steep banked curve, while also highlighting the car beautifully against the backdrop of the dark track. Loose brush strokes were used to capture the subject in an impressionist style, while depicting the most distinctive aspects of the Falken Tires livery.
