Description: I painted this oil painting as a Christmas gift for my sister. We both grew up in Maine, but neither of us live there, currently. I thought that this oil painting would bring back fond memories to her. One of my favorite experiences living in Maine was the foggy mornings and evenings we’d experience. The fog would just roll in from the ocean and inundate the coast. I tried to capture that feeling in this painting.
